Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item back into its original VOVO packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
